Heya friends, happy Monday!
I have been a delinquent newsletter writer these past few weeks; I don’t think I’ve missed three consecutive weeks since the early days of the pandemic when we all collectively turned into mush balls with three brain cells. For that I apologize, but I also expect a few more weeks of inconsistency while the ebbs and flows of life keeping ebbing. I look forward to sharing some news soon, and also moving into the flowing state of life.
Sending you all moments of ease and lots of fun links :) Also wishing my friend Bridget the HAPPIEST OF BIRTHDAYS.

I am back in San Francisco, enjoying my morning walks through Golden Gate Park, Sunday bike rides to the outer sunset farmer’s market, and weekly run clubs. September is San Francisco at its finest, so I’m soaking up the sun and attempting to photosynthesize my soul as much as possible.
London highlights: seeing miss swift (always), going to the spirited away stage show with the original japanese cast, and abney park’s new cafe is fantastic (20/10 recommend the french toast).
When life gets hectic™️, I tend to turn towards doing life logistics and work with movies on in the background. I recently watched Fall Guy and it was so good?? And wholesome?? I am also rewatching Harry Potter because something about the turn of Autumn just brings it out.
That’s all from me. Have a beautiful weekend friends.
Sarah
